**Position**: Electrical Fitter Mechanic
**Location**: Rewindrite Electric Pvt Ltd

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Motor Dismantling**: Carefully disassemble motors, generators, and related equipment for repair.
- **Component Cleaning**: Clean electrical components, including stators, rotors, and other parts to ensure optimal functioning.
- **Coil Cutting and Slot Cleaning**: Remove damaged coils, clean slots, and prepare for rewinding (handled by a separate team).
- **Assembly**: Reassemble motors post-repair, ensuring correct alignment.
- **Inspection and Testing**: Conduct tests to verify mechanical and electrical integrity post-assembly.
- **General Maintenance**: Perform routine mechanical checks and servicing of motors, generators, and alternators.

**Skills Required**:

- Expertise in motor repair, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret diagrams and technical instructions.
- Precision in using tools for alignment and repairs.

**Work Conditions**:

- Onsite service and workshop-based activities.
- Flexible work hours, including potential 24/7 support.

This role excludes rewinding, which is managed by a separate specialized team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
