We are seeking a Female Candidate for detail-oriented and organized Back office Executive to support our hospitality operations. This role is ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and on-ground staff. The Back Office Executive will handle data management, documentation, and reporting, playing an important role in the success of events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and update client , guest, vendor data in Google sheet/excel.
- Prepare reports, trackers , and MIS for event operations.
- Coordinate with telecallers, hospitality teams , and vendors for timely information flow.
- Handle Documentation, contracts, and event related work.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining records.
- Ensure smooth day to day administrative support to the operations team.
Requirements :
- Graduate in any stream; experience in back office /administration preferred.
- Strong Knowledge of MS office and Google sheet.
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Job Types: Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 3-4 months
Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
