Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PCI Compliance Specialist located in Vadodara. The PCI Compliance Specialist will oversee day-to-day activities related to Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance. Key responsibilities include reviewing security procedures, assessing compliance with data security requirements, assisting clients in maintaining their PCI compliance, and providing expert advice on requirements and best practices. The individual will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure adherence to standards and regulations, as well as support business continuity in maintaining secure payment ecosystems.

Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) and compliance requirements
  • Experience with security assessments, monitoring, and auditing processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing and ensuring data security measures
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with clients and teams
  • Familiarity with risk management, cybersecurity principles, and incident response practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as PCI QSA (Qualified Security Assessor) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are highly desirable
  • Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences through compliance and security expertise
