Job Description – Marketing Manager (Real Estate / Housing)

Position: Marketing Manager

Industry: Real Estate / Housing / Construction

Location: Tirupur

Experience: 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote residential and commercial projects.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to generate quality leads.

  • Manage digital marketing – SEO, social media, Google Ads, website updates, email marketing.

  • Coordinate project launches, events, roadshows, and exhibitions.

  • Create engaging marketing collaterals – brochures, videos, advertisements, hoardings, and press releases.

  • Handle brand building, PR, and corporate communications.

  • Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

  • Monitor lead conversions in coordination with the sales team.

  • Manage advertising budgets, vendor relations, and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.

  • Prepare periodic MIS reports for management on campaign performance and market insights.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of real estate marketing trends and consumer behavior.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

  • Creative mindset with ability to design innovative campaigns.

  • Leadership qualities to manage a team and vendors effectively

Eligibility

  • 5 of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate / construction industry.

  • knowledge in Marketing / Business Administration preferred.

  • Strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns in real estate.
