About The Merc

We're a boutique UX/UI design studio helping SaaS, fintech, and product-led startups build digital experiences that convert better and feel cleaner.

We've worked with global founders and brands to improve conversion, retention, and user journeys.

Now, we're growing — and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern (Growth) who can help us drive leads, visibility, and brand awareness.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on learning role that mixes growth marketing + business development.

You'll work closely with our founder and design team to build real-world marketing systems.

  1. Demand Generation & Outreach


• Research high-potential SaaS and startup companies


• Help run outbound campaigns via email + LinkedIn


• Manage CRM updates and follow-ups

  1. Content & Brand Building


• Support content planning and distribution


• Repurpose design insights, case studies, and UX breakdowns


• Track competitor content and new marketing trends

  1. Marketing Operations


• Learn how to set up lead tracking + automations


• Experiment with tools, channels, and outreach ideas


• Analyze what's working and share insights with the team

• Students or fresh graduates with interest in digital marketing / growth / business development


• Strong communication skills (written + spoken)


• Comfortable with LinkedIn, basic CRM tools, and research


• Curious, proactive, and process-oriented


• Bonus: love for startups, design, or SaaS world
