Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management

  • Handle recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management system.
  • Conduct induction and training sessions for new employees.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Plan employee engagement and motivation activities.
  • Manage performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Handle exit formalities and prepare full & final settlements.

Floor & Office Management

  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline on the floor.
  • Ensure proper coordination between teams to maintain productivity and efficiency.
  • Handle office administration — housekeeping, seating arrangements, maintenance, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with IT and Admin for system or infrastructure-related requirements.
  • Ensure professional work culture and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct daily floor rounds and address immediate operational or behavioral issues.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain regular communication between HR and management regarding staff updates.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams for interdepartmental requirements.

Requirement

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration.

· 10+ years of experience in HR and office/floor management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
