Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management
- Handle recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management system.
- Conduct induction and training sessions for new employees.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Plan employee engagement and motivation activities.
- Manage performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Handle exit formalities and prepare full & final settlements.
Floor & Office Management
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline on the floor.
- Ensure proper coordination between teams to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Handle office administration — housekeeping, seating arrangements, maintenance, and supplies.
- Coordinate with IT and Admin for system or infrastructure-related requirements.
- Ensure professional work culture and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct daily floor rounds and address immediate operational or behavioral issues.
Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain regular communication between HR and management regarding staff updates.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams for interdepartmental requirements.
Requirement
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration.
· 10+ years of experience in HR and office/floor management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
