We are looking for a skilled Architect or Interior Architect with 0 to 1 years of professional experience to lead design development, manage client coordination, and oversee site execution. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in architecture or interior design, with the ability to independently handle projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers via phone, email, or visits to follow up on pending or overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
  • Negotiate repayment plans or settlements when necessary while adhering to company policy.
  • Generate and share reports on collection status, delinquent accounts, and recovery performance.
  • Coordinate with the sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve billing or service issues affecting payment.
  • Send reminders, invoices, and notices as per the company's credit control process.
  • Escalate cases of default or dispute to the Collection Manager or Legal Department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable financial regulations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly collection targets.
