We are looking for a
Technical Lead
who thrives in a startup setup — someone who loves building scalable systems, automating workflows, and integrating AI into real-world products. You'll play a key role in driving product development, implementing AI-led features, and setting up efficient automation pipelines using tools like
n8n

Zapier
, and
OpenAI APIs
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development across backend (
    Python, Django
    ) and frontend (
    , React
    ) environments.
  • Design, build, and maintain
    AI-driven systems
    — from chatbots to recommendation and analytics tools.
  • Implement
    workflow automation
    and internal tooling using
    n8n
    ,
    Zapier
    , or custom scripting.
  • Integrate external APIs (CRM, payment gateways, AI services, etc.) into the platform.
  • Build scalable, modular, and secure system architecture on
    MySQL + Cloud (AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean)
    .
  • Collaborate closely with product and business teams to convert ideas into functional, efficient features.
  • Mentor junior developers and maintain best practices in code, testing, and documentation.
  • Manage deployment pipelines, monitoring, and maintenance for a seamless user experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong command over
    Python (Django)
    and
    (React)
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    API design, web architecture, and database management (MySQL)
    .
  • Practical experience with
    automation tools
    (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.).
  • Exposure to
    AI/ML APIs
    (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks).
  • Working knowledge of
    Git

    , and cloud deployment.
  • Experience leading small teams or taking ownership of complete tech modules.
  • Ability to balance technical scalability with business impact.
