Role and Responsibilities:

  • Test & Measurement Product Development in coordinating with PCB and mechanical CAD, signal integrity, thermal and power design
  • Understanding Standard Specification and requirement extraction from specification.
  • Processors: Microsemi/Xilinx(FPGA), TI Sitara Processor, NXP, Atmel(MCU), SI Lab (MCU)
  • Design and provide assistance to determine test requirements for hardware Designs using new technologies as well as to ensure optimization of those solutions for cost & quality
  • Provide efficient support/ assistance to Firmware /Software team in the product development cycle
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
  • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse of design
  • Create and maintain the information on Hardware design
  • Write easy-to-understand user guides, product R&D documentation and content for customers

Requirements :

  • Experience in complete hardware development cycle with
    design background from Test & Measurement Systems.
  • Knowledge on usage of Oscilloscope, Logic and Protocol Analyzers.
  • Should have worked on Memories: DDR3/2,EEPROM, NAND/NOR Flash
  • Strong knowledge in Op-amp concepts.
  • Experience with Power Supply Design (
    DC-DC / SMPS Design)
  • Experienced with High End FPGA/SoC/Microcontrollers.
  • Strong Knowledge of Analog, Digital & Mixed Signal Circuit design.
  • Strong Knowledge of ADC/ DAC Interfaces.
  • Strong Knowledge of interfaces like I2C, SPI, UART, USB2.0, USB3.0, Ethernet & USB Type C
  • Design analysis for SI, PDN, Thermal, EMI/EMC.

EDA Tools: Cadence Allegro 17.2, OrCAD 17.2/1734 /Altium Designer.

Simulation Tools : TINA, PSPICE, LTSpice must have knowledge

Equipment : Oscilloscope, Multimeter, E-load, Network Analyzer , Power Supplies

Qualifications:

  • BS in Electronics Engineering or other similar disciplines.
