We are seeking a skilled and proactive Online Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, , and other popular freelance marketplaces. Your main goal will be to generate quality leads and win projects in areas like web development, digital marketing, design, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
  • Write customized, compelling proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand project needs, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimations and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and keep track of project statuses and client feedback.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape on bidding portals.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in online bidding and client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of freelance platforms and bidding strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and suggest effective solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
