Jr Engineer

- Should have a Sound knowledge of NBC 2016, IS code, NFPA, Factories act and TNCDBR 2019.
- Should have sound knowledge of PEB Structures and project design of industrial buildings.
- Organizing design and drawings with consultant for approval.
- Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specifications.
- Preparing estimates, checking requisition lists, ensuring quantity & quality, and stock control.
- Prepared Estimation of Materials & BOQ as per drawing.
- Prepare Measurement details & other site-related documentation and check the contractor`s Running bill.
- Must take responsibility to solve all the site-related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.
- Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
- Managing the activities as per scheduled time.
- Managing the cost as per planned budget.
- Preparation of shop drawings.

- Expertise in AutoCAD
- Prepared Estimation of Materials & BOQ as per drawing.
