**Responsibilities**:

- Mail checking and responsible for communication on time
- Indent and Purchase Order - SIEMENS - Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating
- Requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt, Pending Status and other requirement follow-up.
- Order Materials and maintaining report
- Advance / Payment follow-up for dispatched materials with customer & Mail communication on target date
- Regular monitoring of sales team periodically in achieving targets
- Responsible for handling all enquiries, request for information, etc. between the company and its team.
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales data.
- Providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job
- Co-ordinating to achieve on time delivery
- Business support for Sales/Service department, whenever its required

**Skills**:

- ERP & Tally Knowledge.
- Computer literacy
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Problem solving abilities.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering; is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
