For over three decades, Manthan Group Builders & Developers has been delivering quality residential and commercial spaces across Hubli. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and trust, we are expanding our team for an upcoming high-rise residential project in Hubli–Dharwad.

We are seeking a Junior Architect with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design execution to oversee finishing works and ensure design intent is maintained throughout project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate finishing works — flooring, tiling, POP, false ceiling, lighting, painting, carpentry, and fittings.
• Ensure all finishes match approved drawings, design intent, and material specifications.
• Liaise with the on site team, and site engineers to resolve design or detailing issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress.
• Execute changes and alterations on site as approved by client and MD
• Maintain records, drawings, and site reports related to finishing and interiors.
• Assist in vendor coordination and material approvals.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2–4 years in residential or high-rise project execution (finishing/interior works).
• Software Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, Google Suite
• Personal Traits: Responsible, quality-oriented, on time handover and capable of working with multiple people.

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending upon experience)
