Work Schedule:
6 days a week (non-negotiable)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of user personas, journeys, and all available data sources.
  • Build and manage user cohorts, and create visual dashboards to track key funnel and business metrics.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive product and business decisions.
  • Design and execute A/B experiments to measure the impact of features and optimize performance.
  • Partner with the founders to shape data-driven strategies and guide Jumbo's growth through actionable insights

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in data/product analyst role
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience of churning and managing high volumes of data and drawing actionable insights
  • Expertise in Excel, SQL, No sql and Python
  • Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, CleverTap, Metabase

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with leadership to articulate, refine, and prioritise product questions
  • Prior work experience in RMG or consumer apps such as e-commerce & social
