We're looking for a
Founding HR Partner / HR Manager / People & Culture Lead
to design hiring systems, automate HR, and grow into Head of People.

No corporate culture here
— only ownership, learning, and execution.

What You'll Do

• Run
  end-to-end recruitment, on boarding & HR automation
  (Zoho, Notion, ChatGPT, n8n).
• Build a
  startup culture
  that rewards learning and results.
• Mentor new hires & track
  30/60/90-day growth plans.
• Keep HR
  digital and paperless
  — dashboards, not files.
• Lead bilingual communication (
  Malayalam + English
  ) for hiring, on boarding, and people management.

Growth & Mentorship

• Work directly with founders and leadership.
• Learn people systems, culture design, and business alignment.
• Career path →
  Head of People / Culture Leader (12–18 months).

Compensation & ESOP

• ₹28,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on ownership & experience).
• ESOP Opportunity:
• Eligible after 12 months of proven contribution.
• 0.5% – 1% equity
  with
  4-year vesting
  and
  1-year cliff.
• Designed for builders who create systems and shape company culture.

Language Requirement

• Must be fluent in
  Malayalam & English
  (both speaking and writing).
• Daily HR operations, interviews, and communication are bilingual.
