Job Description

We're looking for a Social Media & Brand Associate with 3+ years of hands-on experience, ideally with reputable or well-established brands. Someone who understands branding beyond just posts — someone who can build a presence, strengthen the brand identity, and drive conversations that matter.

You should be creative, detail-driven, and always thinking one step ahead. Your role will help us elevate our digital footprint and strengthen our brand from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Building & Culture

  • Plan, organize, and manage office events, internal campaigns, and culture-building activities that strengthen employee engagement and reflect who we are as a brand.
  • Ensure brand tone, visuals, and communication stay consistent across internal and external touchpoints.

2. Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies—from concept to creation to publishing.
  • Build content that boosts brand visibility, awareness, and community engagement across all platforms.

3. Content & Trend Intelligence

  • Stay on top of trends and platform updates; convert insights into actionable content ideas.
  • Maintain a sharp eye for relevance, storytelling, and brand alignment.

4. Strategic Value

  • Bring best practices from your previous experience with reputed brands.
  • Enhance the overall brand quality, communication clarity, and digital presence using strong strategic thinking.
