Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Purpose:

To handle inbound and outbound customer calls, promote retail products or offers, assist with queries, and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach & Lead Generation
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain product details, offers, and promotions.
  • Generate leads and pass them to the sales team.
  • Customer Service
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries politely.
  • Provide information about store locations, stock availability, and pricing.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Sales Support
  • Follow up with leads and ensure sales closure.
  • Record customer responses and maintain CRM updates.
  • Assist the sales and marketing teams with feedback from customers.
  • Data & Reporting
  • Maintain call logs and customer databases.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls and conversions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication (Tamil & English preferred in retail India setup).
  • Persuasive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes calmly.

Qualification:

  • Minimum: 12th pass or any degree.
  • Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (retail sector preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
