who can spearhead our
B2B and institutional sales efforts
and help us strengthen relationships with corporates, institutions, and large buyers.

Job Role & Responsibilities

As a
Marketing Executive – B2B & Institutional Sales
, you will be at the forefront of driving growth for Steelux Furniture. Your role will involve both
strategic outreach and hands-on sales execution
.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Business Development:
    Identify and approach potential corporate and institutional clients (schools, colleges, offices, government bodies, and large organizations).
  • Sales & Client Acquisition:
    Pitch Steelux's product portfolio to decision-makers, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build long-term professional relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research:
    Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape marketing and sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations:
    Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase value propositions.
  • Negotiation & Closure:
    Handle pricing discussions, contracts, and deal closures while ensuring profitability.
  • Target Achievement:
    Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets with opportunities to earn
    performance-based incentives
    .
  • Collaboration:
    Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders.
  • Brand Representation:
    Represent Steelux at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build visibility and strengthen brand equity.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are ambitious, self-motivated, and driven by results.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    B2B sales / institutional sales / corporate sales
    (furniture, interiors, real estate, or allied sectors preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.

Good to have:

  • Prior experience in
    furniture, interiors, or building material industries
    .
  • Established network in
    corporate procurement or institutional buying circles
    .
  • Passion for design and functionality in workplace solutions.
