Job Title: Brand Manager – Sales & Marketing (Music and Entertainment Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Brand Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead brand growth and business development initiatives in the music and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, sales, and marketing, with hands-on experience working with artists, events, and entertainment brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue
  • Manage brand collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer associations
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for music launches, events, and entertainment projects
  • Work closely with artists, talent managers, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand representation
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships to achieve growth targets
  • Oversee digital marketing activities, social media campaigns, and media promotions
  • Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies to guide brand decisions
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination for all marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in brand management, sales, and marketing within the music, entertainment, or media industry
  • Strong understanding of entertainment marketing, artist branding, and event promotions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and campaign analytics
  • Creative thinker with a passion for music and entertainment
