Job Title: Marketing Executive Mall Operations

Location: Netaji Subhas Place, Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive marketing, branding, and promotional activities for our mall. The role involves creating and executing marketing strategies to increase footfall, enhance tenant visibility, and strengthen the mall's brand positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal events, and promotional activities to attract customers.
  • Coordinate with tenants for joint marketing initiatives and ensure their participation in mall events.
  • Develop creative content and collaterals for print, digital, and social media promotions.
  • Manage vendor relationships for event execution, branding, and media buying.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, footfall data, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local influencers, community groups, and media partners.
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility through hoardings, standees, in-mall signage, and outdoor advertising.
  • Oversee budget allocation for marketing activities and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Support leasing teams with marketing collaterals and promotional campaigns for prospective tenants.
  • Maintain and update the mall's website and social media platforms.
