  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute long-term plans for IT infrastructure capacity and align IT infrastructure with organizational goals.
  • System Management: Oversee the design, installation, maintenance, and retirement of all IT systems, including servers, storage, networks (LAN/WAN), and cloud-based solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of IT professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage the budget for IT infrastructure projects, maintenance, and operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure the security of IT systems and data, implement safeguards against cyber threats, and ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and industry regulations.
  • Performance & Availability: Monitor system performance, ensure high availability of IT services, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal departments to meet their IT needs.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Develop and implement robust plans for backup, recovery, and business continuity to minimize data loss and disruption.
  • Technology Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies, evaluate new hardware and software, and lead upgrades to keep the infrastructure modern and efficient.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
