Role & responsibilities
Role Title: Relationship Manager TASC
Department: Banking / Corporate / Institutional
Reports To: TASC Head / Branch Head
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of TASC (Treasury, Asset, Syndication, Corporate) clients
Build long-term relationships with clients — understand their needs, propose solutions
Cross-sell banking products (loans, trade services, treasury, cash management, investment)
Prepare credit proposals, risk assessment & compliance / KYC documentation
Achieve targets (new clients, revenue, portfolio growth)
Liaise with internal teams (credit, operations, compliance)
Monitor and review customer accounts; ensure good quality of portfolio
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, regulatory changes
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate or preferably MBA / professional degree
3-7 years (or more) experience in banking / TASC / corporate relationship management
Strong communication, negotiation, sales & financial analysis skills
Understanding of credit, risk, compliance & banking regulations
Ability to work in teams and independently
Targets / KPIs
New client acquisition (NTB – New To Bank)
Revenue / Profit targets from portfolio
Asset growth, cross-sell ratios
Portfolio quality (NPA, risk metrics)
