Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Marketing & Business Development Associate who will support our
Domestic and International Market expansion
. The role involves assisting in marketing execution, product launches, export operations, digital marketing initiatives, and partner coordination to drive brand growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business expansion into international markets through research, competitor study, pricing evaluation and market entry planning.
  • Assist in
    export & compliance documentation
    for nutraceutical/healthcare products and coordinate with logistics & regulatory teams.
  • Execute
    digital and offline marketing campaigns
    across social media, performance marketing, ATL/BTL activities, exhibitions, and events.
  • Coordinate
    product launch plans
    , internal cross-functional alignment, and preparation of product decks, brochures & training materials.
  • Support
    e-commerce & marketplace
    activities including content, performance tracking and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, & prepare
    weekly/monthly business reports
    and performance dashboards.
  • Work with
    distributors, agencies, partners & internal teams
    for smooth execution of marketing and sales strategies.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Marketing, Digital Platforms & E-commerce
  • Exposure to Domestic & International business / export operations (preferred)
  • Market research, analytical & reporting skills
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management ability
  • Advanced PowerPoint & Excel proficiency

Ideal Candidate

  • 4–6 years experience in Marketing / International Business / FMCG / Nutraceuticals
  • Experience in healthcare or wellness industry is a strong advantage
  • Ability to multitask and execute projects with ownership
  • Willing to travel for exhibitions, partner meetings & market expansion
