Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:·

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

· Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

· Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer requirements.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.

· Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities.

· Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:·

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications ·

Experience in Healthcare

· Familiarity with local market and customer behavior.

· Valid driving license
