Role & responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Centre of Excellence.

  • Standardize and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish performance metrics and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure seamless execution of CoE strategies.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Explore emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance business capabilities.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing CoE team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading Centre of Excellence, strategy, or transformation roles. Candidates from Banks/Fintech/NBFC would be preferred.
  • Proven track record in process optimization, innovation, and change management.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in digital transformation and technology-driven initiatives is a plus.
