Education - Any BE/BTECH

Key Responsibility

  • Strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.

  • Financial planning and managing resources. Analyzing and interpreting financial data. Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques.

  • Direct project operations to meet budget and other financial goals.

  • Delivering, Monitoring and controling Projects to fulfill contractual milestones with desired quality and safety standards Within Budget.
  • Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating process, Improving / simplification of processes to support overall company objectives.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance, as well as hands-on project management.
  • Direct all project management Control and Monitoring and process development, quality systems and EHS activities..
  • Identifying and implementing efficiency improvement opportunities, Coordination with Site management teams smooth execution.
  • Develop and nurture future leaders and build a healthy pipeline for succession and leadership.
  • Pro active customer and project management and managing customer expectations.
  • Capacity Planning and ensuring organizational readiness to meet the growing market needs. Mentor PM's to help them perform better.

Accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve department & organizational objectives

  • Guide & Control Project & Contract Management and Administration functions.
  • Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.

Ensuring projects are executed as per set up standards and as per contract specifications.
