Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled OT Assistant with experience in ophthalmic surgeries to support surgeons and nursing staff during eye-related procedures. The role involves preparing surgical instruments, maintaining sterile conditions, assisting during operations, and ensuring smooth functioning of the operation theatre.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and sterilize ophthalmic instruments and equipment

Assist surgeons during eye surgeries

Maintain OT hygiene and sterile conditions

Manage inventory of surgical tools and supplies

Provide pre- and post-operative support

Skills Required:

Knowledge of ophthalmic OT procedures

Attention to detail and precision

Good communication and teamwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
