Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Website Consultant (IT Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and a strong ability to understand client needs in order to offer strategic digital and web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and chat to assess their business goals and digital needs.
Recommend customized solutions related to website design, development, and digital marketing services.
Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that convert leads into clients.
Manage follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales or digital solutions (websites, SEO, mobile/web apps).
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication – both written and verbal.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
