About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Python Application Engineer with 37 years of professional experience,

primarily in Python development, to join our growing engineering team. This role involves building and

maintaining scalable applications, integrating APIs, and collaborating with stakeholders in a client-facing

environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack—backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud

deployment—while ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications with a focus on scalability and

performance.

  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support business workflows and external system integrations.
  • Develop and optimize web applications using Flask (or similar Python frameworks).
  • Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases including schema design, indexing, and performance

tuning.

  • Deploy and maintain applications on AWS services (Fargate, S3, etc.), ensuring reliability and cost

efficiency.

  • Implement CI/CD workflows using GitHub, including automated testing, code review practices, and

deployment pipelines.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients, ensuring requirements are translated into

technical solutions effectively.

  • Contribute to architectural discussions and provide recommendations for system design and best

practices.

  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills

  • Python: 3–7 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining production applications.
  • Business English proficiency (spoken and written) sufficient for direct client communication.

Strongly Preferred Skills

  • Flask or similar Python web framework.
  • PostgreSQL database management.
  • REST API design and integration.
  • AWS (Fargate, S3, etc.): at least 1–2 years of cloud deployment and management experience.
  • GitHub: experience with CI/CD pipelines and code review workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar).
  • Broader cloud experience (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
  • Frontend skills (React, Vue, or similar) for full stack contributions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent

practical experience.

  • 3–7 years of professional experience in software development with Python as the core language.
  • 1–2 years working with AWS services in a production environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable applications.
