About the Role

We are looking for a
Business Analyst

to support the
Stucart new product development team

. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to work across consulting, operations, and business strategy functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    financial analysis

to evaluate product feasibility, pricing, and ROI.
- Develop and maintain detailed
financial models

to support business decisions.
- Prepare and present
PowerPoint reports

and dashboards for leadership and CXO reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, product, operations) to execute end-to-end business initiatives.
- Perform
market research

and competitor benchmarking for new product launches.
- Support the management team with
data-driven insights

and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / Postgraduate from a
    B-School

(preferred specialization in Finance, Strategy, or Operations).
- 1–3 years of experience in
consulting, business analysis, or financial planning

roles.
- Strong proficiency in
Excel, PowerPoint

, and
financial modeling

.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in a
    startup or product-based environment

.
- Understanding of key financial metrics and business KPIs
