Customer Relationship Executive

A highly motivated and articulate female professional with a passion for the automobile/hospitality/Tourism sector. We are looking for an experienced Tele caller to join our dynamic team and drive customer engagement and sales support.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven tele calling experience is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within the automobile, automotive sales or service.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in , e.g., English, Hindi, and local language]. Must be clear, persuasive, and professional.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with common automotive terms, sales processes (e.g., test drive scheduling, service, follow-ups), and service processes is highly valued.
- Soft Skills: Strong listening skills, excellent phone etiquette, persistence, and a patient, customer-centric attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
Role & Responsibilities
The Telecaller will be responsible for a range of activities crucial to our customer relationship and sales pipeline:
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Contacting potential customers from various databases (new inquiries, existing client lists) to introduce our vehicles/services and qualify leads.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for our sales and service teams, such as test drives or service bookings.
- Follow-up: Conducting timely follow-up calls for sales inquiries, service feedback, and post-sales satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Quickly learning and effectively communicating the features, benefits, and current offers on our range of vehicles and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
