Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) - 0 to 3 years

CTC: ₹7 Lacs to ₹10 Lacs per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit & Assurance:
  • Assist in the execution of audits, reviews, and other assurance engagements for various clients.
  • Support the team in identifying financial discrepancies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Draft reports and communicate findings to clients.
  • Accounting & Financial Reporting:
  • Ensure the timely preparation and maintenance of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind-AS, GAAP, etc.).
  • Assist in preparation and review of monthly/quarterly/year-end financial statements.
  • Taxation:
  • Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.
  • Assist in GST reconciliations and filing of GST returns.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and handle assessments, notices, and disputes, as required.
  • Excel & Accounting Software:
  • Proficient use of Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and creating reports.
  • Exposure to accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems to handle day-to-day transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and other relevant regulations.
  • Assist in regulatory filings and maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and legal requirements.
  • Client Interaction & Support:
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and assist in addressing their financial and audit-related queries.
  • Provide advisory support on financial, accounting, and taxation matters as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0 to 3 years of experience.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in an Audit firm or relevant accounting role is preferred.
  • Exposure to working on financial audits, tax audits, and handling direct & indirect taxes.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Exposure to accounting software like Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or others.
  • Good understanding of ITR filing (Income Tax Returns) and GST procedures and reconciliations.
  • Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, GAAP, and the Companies Act.
  • Familiarity with tax laws and financial reporting regulations in India.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with a high level of initiative and responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
