Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Jewellery Sales Executive. The Jewellery Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewellery and sarees, managing inventory, maintaining the display of merchandise, and processing sales transactions. The role will also involve staying up-to-date with product knowledge and trends, and contributing to promotional activities and events.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in sales, particularly in jewellery or apparel industries
- Knowledge of gold and silver jewellery, as well as saree fabrics and designs
- Organizational skills for managing inventory and maintaining merchandise displays
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a passion for fashion and craftsmanship
- Prior experience in jewelry retail is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales-related technology and point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in retail management or related field being an asset
