Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Architect with strong expertise in Python and React full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing scalable, high-performance applications and leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement full-stack applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).
  • Define technical architecture that aligns with business requirements, scalability, and cloud strategy.
  • Ensure optimal use of Azure cloud services in application design, deployment, and operations.
  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle – from design through to deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and enforce best practices in architecture and coding.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development with 3+ years in an architectural role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and
  • Proficient in full-stack development, RESTful APIs, and microservices-based architecture.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud platform – including services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, etc. (Nice to have)
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and caching mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deployment best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
