About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide immediate medical attention and life-saving care in the ICU and Casualty units.
  • Diagnose and manage critically ill patients.
  • Perform emergency medical procedures and administer appropriate treatments.
  • Coordinate with specialists for patient management when necessary.
  • Ensure seamless patient care during handovers across shifts.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: MBBS with a Diploma in Anesthesia, Diploma in Critical Care, or Master's in Emergency Medicine (MEM).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency medicine or critical care.
  • Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
