Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Manager/Team Manager (SM/TM) at IDFC FIRST Bank. The role involves managing and leading a team to achieve business goals, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising operations, driving sales and revenue targets, handling customer queries, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in customer relationship management and client servicing
  • Understanding of sales, revenue generation, and business development strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization
  • Knowledge of financial products, banking services, and regulatory requirements
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly advantageous
