- Support tendering activities, including preparing tender documents and assisting in vendor evaluation processes.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and manage cost control measures, value engineering, and periodic cost reporting.
- Ensure all project activities comply with contractual obligations, industry standards, and statutory requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering processes, and contract management.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
