We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Administrator with 4 -6 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with a strong work ethic and a high standard of excellence, capable of working in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.Responsibilities:
- Provision, operate, and maintain systems running on AWS, ensuring they adhere to operational best practices.
- Manage user accounts and security using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Administer and manage AWS databases, including RDS (Aurora MySQL/PostgreSQL) and Redshift clusters.
- Manage AWS storage options such as S3 and EBS.
- Handle data migration to and from AWS using AWS DMS.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AWS resources using CloudWatch for metrics and log analysis.
- Automate service management tasks using the AWS Command Line Interface (CLI).
- Deploy and manage common AWS technologies like VPC and regionally distributed EC2 instances.
- Participate in a rotational shift schedule to support operations during PST hours.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 - 6 years of experience as an AWS Administrator.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AWS operational best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with AWS RDS, Redshift, S3, EBS, and IAM.
- Proficiency in scripting for automation via the AWS CLI.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS EMR, Athena, Quicksight, or Redshift.
