As a member of Engineerings’ Cloud Security and Response Team, you are the first line of defense for all the people and parts that together make up Forbes Marketplace Cloud Business. You will work with world-class engineers to deliver the next generation cloud platform and products, using the latest cutting edge cloud technology, such as Amazon AWS, GCP, and Data, to provide transformational and reliable cloud services to our customers. You have experience working at a global scale but are agile enough to deliver results iteratively and create ongoing impact quickly.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Must have an in-depth experience of IAM and fine-grained access provisioning.
- Provisioning and de-provisioning AWS accounts and resources for internal projects
- Work with development team to design the cloud architecture
- Deploying, managing, and operating AWS environments
- Identifying appropriate use of AWS operational best practices
- Estimating AWS costs and identifying operational cost control mechanisms
- Keep technical documentation up to date
- Proactively keep up to date on AWS services and developments
- Create automation, in order to streamline provisioning and de-provisioning services and processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in CS or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Must have a valid certification of either AWS SysOps Administrator or AWS DevOps Engineer.
- Experience provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running on AWS
- Deployment experience using common AWS technologies like VPC, and regionally distributed EC2 instances.
- Experience with working in Code Commit, Code Deploy and Code Pipelines services.
- Have working knowledge on docker containers and Kubernetes.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and handle multiple AWS accounts.
- Fast learner, Achiever, sets high personal goals.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects and consistently meet project deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on shift-basis based on project requirements.

**Good to Have**:

- Terraform automation
- External monitoring tools like New Relic, Pingdom, Pagerduty, etc.
- Deployment of projects hosted in GitHub.
