Position- Sr. Officer- Godown / Cash / Floor & Department Manager

Industry- QSR, FMCG, Manufacturing, Garments, Electronics, Logistics

Qualification- Any Graduate

Age- 31 Years for Sr. Officer & 32 Years for Department Manager

Location- Hyderabad & Across Telangana

Language-Telugu Mandatory

Position-Sr. Officer - Floor

Education-Intermediate / Any Graduate

Experience- 3-6 Years

1.Optimal utilization of all SA's depending on Buying cycle, Weekends, Holidays, Festivals. 2.Ensures proper ROTA management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

3.Timely intimation to ASM and SM if recruitment gaps appear. Raise alarm on shrinkage patterns.

4.Ensure that the floor is ready before store opens and closely monitor Hygiene, FIFO, timely refilling, proper display & correct price boards to provide customer satisfaction & convenience. 5.Ensure that the Remarks mentioned in Purchase Floor Walk register are implemented & do timely updation of registers.

6.Ensure that the store is ready for the evening footfall and stocks are moved from warehouse to floor late in evening to enable easy refilling for the next day.

7.Has to execute the various processes from the team.

8.Ensure safety standards are followed by SAs within & outside the store.

9.Provide support to Manager during Process Audit & Stock Audit.

10.Ensure timely debit clearance & provide plan/instructions for stacking on Top-Top.

11.In absence of Manager has to do "store opening" and oversee "cash hand over" to bank/ collection agency.

12.Needs to Actively participate in weekly store meetings.

13.Conduct On the Job Training for Junior Floor Officers, existing and new SAs .

Position -Department Manager

Education -Any Graduate

Experience- 4-6 Years

Job Description-

1.Is responsible for store opening/closing based on the shift.

2.Conduct floor walk with purchase to ensure Hygiene, FIFO, timely refilling, proper display & correct price boards.

3.Conduct Daily briefing for SA along with floor officers and for Cashier & Packers along with cash officers.

1. Participate in weekly store meetings, weekly briefing for security staff, housekeeping staff and promoters.

5.Track the daily KRAs for staff motivation & engagement.

6.Guide the officer (floor, cash) for delegating tasks based on daily attendance of staff.

7.Handle routine asset maintenance issues by coordinating with the vendor, maintenance team.

8.Supervise daily Perpetual Inventory and 10 item stock take.

9.Ensure adherence to processes as per guidelines at receiving, on the floor and at the cash point to control pilferage.

10.Monitor daily cash handover to the bank and follow a strong room process at opening, closing.

11.Check the SRT register and ensure the process is followed.

12.Handle customer complaints and queries.

13.Supervise availability of Trollies, Baskets & bags for customer convenience and keeptrack of the trolley count on a daily basis. Implement the suggestions of Process Audit & Fire Safety Audit by providing guidance to the team.

1. Assist ASM/SM to prepare a plan with timelines for stock take, delegate task, monitor & follow up.

15.Lead & actively participate in the Emergency Response Team, Fire Mock Drill (safety day).

16.Coordinate with the maintenance team for Dry Run of critical equipment. Conduct On the Job Training for Junior /Floor Officers, existing SAs.

1. Ensure freshness, availability & visibility of Top Selling, Focus SKUs in noncore, coordinate with category & execution for identifying slow/non moving SKUs, implement markdown, partial mark down, write off. Interacting with     government officials during their visit to the store and coordinating with relevant departments, functions.
