Job Description:s
Rajesh Sharma Interior Designer is hiring an experienced Accounts Executive to oversee day-to-day financial operations at our office located in AC Market, Shakespeare Sarani. The ideal candidate must have a solid accounting background with 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and manage daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Handle GST, TDS, and ensure timely filing of statutory returns
- Prepare and maintain financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, and vendor statements
- Liaise with auditors and consultants as required
Requirements:
- Education: B. Com, M. Com, or MBA in Finance
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting or finance roles
- Skills:
- Proficiency in TallyPrime and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
