Primary Responsibility:

Manage and streamline day-to-day operations, including data entry, reconciliations, Stock maintenance, etc

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input
    : Accurately and efficiently enter data from source documents into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
  • Data Verification & Maintenance
    : Verify the accuracy of entered data, cross-check information, and maintain databases and records.
  • Error Correction
    : Identify and correct data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
  • Record Management
    : Organize and securely store digital and physical documents and records.
  • Reporting
    : Generate and export data reports, summaries, and other documentation for management and relevant teams.
  • Data Integrity
    : Ensure consistency and integrity of information across different systems and processes.
  • Confidentiality
    : Adhere to company policies for data confidentiality and security.
