Primary Responsibility:
Manage and streamline day-to-day operations, including data entry, reconciliations, Stock maintenance, etc
Key Responsibilities
- Data Input
: Accurately and efficiently enter data from source documents into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets. - Data Verification & Maintenance
: Verify the accuracy of entered data, cross-check information, and maintain databases and records. - Error Correction
: Identify and correct data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies to ensure data integrity. - Record Management
: Organize and securely store digital and physical documents and records. - Reporting
: Generate and export data reports, summaries, and other documentation for management and relevant teams. - Data Integrity
: Ensure consistency and integrity of information across different systems and processes. - Confidentiality
: Adhere to company policies for data confidentiality and security. - Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Typing Skills
: Fast and accurate typing skills are crucial, often with a target speed of words per minute. - Attention to Detail
: A highly accurate and meticulous approach to ensure data quality. - Computer Proficiency
: Proficiency in data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications (like Excel). - Organizational Skills
: Well-developed organizational skills to manage and update large volumes of information. - Analytical Ability
: Ability to review data for errors, identify discrepancies, and assist in resolving data-related issues. - Time Management
: Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively. - Problem-Solving
