About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Broker Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with broker partners to drive business growth, ensure seamless onboarding, and support ongoing engagement initiatives.

This is a key position within our broker vertical, ideal for someone who understands intermediary distribution, thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing brokers

Identify growth opportunities within broker portfolios and drive sales initiatives

Provide product training, marketing support, and ongoing assistance to brokers

Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, compliance, etc.) to ensure timely issue resolution

Track broker performance and generate regular reports on activity, pipeline, and conversions

Assist in onboarding new broker partners and ensuring adherence to compliance standards

Represent the company at broker events, conferences, and meetings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

2+ years of experience in a broker-facing role within General insurance

Strong understanding of broker distribution models and sales cycles

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Self-starter with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach
