Job Title: Product Designer

Location: Noida, India (Full-Time, In-Office only)

Experience Level: Mid-Level (3-5 Years of Industry Experience in UI/UX and Product Design)

exceptional products and services. We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our

team, who will play a pivotal role in setting the tone for our company's product design

guidelines, help creating exceptional user interfaces and experiences and also contribute to the

strategic direction and market success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and refine user interfaces and experiences, ensuring high-quality graphic

standards and brand consistency.


• Understand and integrate complex technical and business requirements into the product

design.


• Conduct comprehensive user research and usability studies, applying insights to design

decisions.


• Develop UI mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, showcasing how sites and

applications function and appear.


• Establish and maintain product design guidelines, best practices, and standards.


• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement

innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.


• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design

roadblocks.


• Create and maintain a cohesive, user-centered design approach across all product

touchpoints.


• Lead and participate in ideation sessions and product development meetings.


• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.


• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.


• 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio in both UI/UX and

strategic product design.


• Proficiency in a range of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and

Photoshop.


• Demonstrated experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows,

and site maps.


• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.


• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.


• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.


• Strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude

for team collaboration and open communication.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
