Responsibilities: Leverage your product and technology domain expertise to deepen your understanding of our users and industry landscape Influence product vision and strategy, aligning your work with long-term goals and objectives Lead customer research initiatives to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation Translate research findings into actionable insights and design solutions that address user needs and business objectives Create high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and documentation to communicate design concepts and specifications to stakeholders Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across products and platforms
What we are looking for: years SaaS Experience Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. (Figma is our primary tool)Demonstrated knowledge of design principles, methodologies, and industry trends Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence product decisions Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation Curiosity with a strong bias for action. Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a dynamic startup environment
You'll stand out if you have: Hands on experience with AI productivity tools Vibe coded your designsExperience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment Familiarity with customer experience and contact center operations
