Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive who can drive corporate and hotel gifting sales while also supporting operations like billing, dispatch, and coordination. This is a client-facing + backend execution role for someone who enjoys both sales and seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Relationships
  • Identify and pitch Brawny Bear gifting solutions to hotels, corporates, and event partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, HR heads, and hotel teams.
  • Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and product samples with clients.
  • Track leads, follow up, and close orders.
  • Support festive gifting campaigns (Diwali, Christmas, Ramadan, etc.).

Operations & Execution

  • Coordinate with production and design teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and ensure accurate dispatches.
  • Work with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain sales reports, dispatch trackers, and client records.

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing.
  • Prior experience in corporate gifting, hotel sales, or FMCG is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask between sales and operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.
