Associate - Human Resources

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback collection.
- Help implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in HR analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or related functions.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Team player with problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
