Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role will include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Additionally, the HR Manager will oversee employee relations, performance management, training & development, and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.QualificationsStrong experience in Recruitment ( Textile recruitment ) and Performance ManagementProficiency in HR software and systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead, manage, and develop employee training and development programsSound knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practicesStrong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsBachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in a managerial position within the HR field is preferredInterested candidate can share their cv via hrd@meherinternational.in or call Ms Kunjal Patel - HR 9081487326
