Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Architecture: Develop robust and scalable solution architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage Dynamics 365 projects from planning through delivery, meeting defined scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Customization & Configuration: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications including entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
  • Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems using Azure, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Boomi.
  • Development: Build and maintain custom code using C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and complete process documentation.
  • POC & Prototyping: Create Proof of Concepts and prototypes to validate solutions and shape technology roadmaps.
  • ALM: Implement and manage Application Lifecycle Management best practices using Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and releases.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor technical teams, foster innovation, and promote best practices across Microsoft technologies.
  • Data Management: Lead data migration, modeling, and integration activities to ensure accurate and efficient data handling.
  • Support & Training: Provide post-implementation support and conduct user training sessions to maximize adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture and implementation.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Project Operations, Portals, Power Platform, Model Driven Apps, and PCF Controls.

  • In-depth knowledge of lead, contact, account, opportunity, contract, pipeline management, and forecasting modules.
  • Experience with Azure services, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Boomi integrations.
  • Strong skills in Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom APIs (JSON payloads).

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.

  • Documentation Skills: Proven ability to create FDD, TDD, and end-to-end process documentation.

  • ALM Skills: Expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment/release management.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and effective communication.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (highly desirable).
