Role Overview:

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in project management, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Track project progress, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
  • Support project managers in client communication and status updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of project coordination or related experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • PMP/CAPM certification (or in progress)
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
